Terms & Conditions

User Agreement

If you, the website visitor or client, are visiting www.joosidesign.com, knowingly or unknowingly, or if you are corresponding with Joosi Design, you are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined within these Terms and Conditions. You are expected to adhere to this agreement whether you have familiarised yourself with said Terms and Conditions or not during your site visit or when corresponding with Joosi Design. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, we request you do not continue visiting www.joosidesign.com and do not place an order with Joosi Design.

Shipping

Your stationery will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK for a flat price of £15 to mainland addresses, or another courier as deemed appropriate by D2C Stationery. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airsure, and specific quotes will be given upon request. All orders are shipped from Southeast Kent, England. Once your order is dispatched, proof of postage will be obtained and your order is no longer the responsibility of Joosi Design. This includes items lost or damaged in the post or through the courier system.

Deposit, Payment and Ordering

Joosi Design requires a non-refundable deposit of £50 on all orders, which is applied in full towards your order. We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and personal cheques. Please make all cheques payable to Joosi Design. Within 3 business days of receiving your order and deposit, we will email you a complete order summary detailing your stationery elements ordered, quantities, design specifications, and order total including shipping. If your order summary is correct, we require payment in full. After receiving your full payment, we will design your stationery and email you full colour proofs within one week. For an additional £5, you can order a tangible printed proof which we will send within 2 weeks of receiving final payment. Please take extra care making sure all elements are correct, including typestyle, spelling, colours, photograph specifications, wedding date and times, etc. If you approve all elements of your stationery, sign and date the included form and fax, email or post it to Joosi Design. Joosi Design is not responsible for any typographical or design errors in your stationery after receiving your approval signature on proofs. We will not proceed with an order until we have a signed and dated proof approval form in-hand at the Joosi Design studio.

Proofs

We will send you email proofs of all elements of your order, and if you choose (for an additional £5), we will post a printed sample of ONE element of your stationery. We strongly suggest ordering a printed proof to be absolutely sure of your colour and photo choices.

Copyrights

All designs are the sole property of Joosi Design and are covered by copyright. You may not copy any of Joosi Design's website, stationery designs, in whole or in part, or reproduce them in any way. It is your responsibility to get permission for any copyrighted photographs, poetry, quotes, or wording that are to be printed on your stationery. Joosi Design will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement action as a result of the client's personal stationery photo/wording selections. If you wish to link to www.joosidesign.com or use any of its content, please request permission first by contacting us at hello@joosidesign.com. By purchasing any products or services, you are not granted the copyright to any of the designs or content, nor are you granted permission to resell the product or service in whole or in part.

Cancellations, Reprints & Returns

All Joosi Design stationery is completely customised for each client, therefore, we do not allow cancellations or returns on orders that have gone to print. Your £50 deposit will be not be refunded under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your order after you have approved your proofs, but before it has gone to print, we will refund you 50% of your order total (not including deposit). We do not offer reprints on any order, so we strongly suggest you order a printed proof when placing your order so you know exactly what to expect. If you do require a reprint for any reason, the full order price will be charged.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. If you have placed an order and paid a deposit, your prices will be locked in from the date Joosi Design receives your deposit.

Order Times, Production and Printing

Production and printing takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the date you submit your approved proofs. The proofing stage can be anywhere from 1-5 weeks, depending on whether or not you ordered a printed proof, and the number of revision stages. Please allow additional time for shipment of the ordered goods. From the date you place your order and submit your deposit, your order should take an average of 6 weeks total, unless you have requested multiple proofing stages, custom design, etc. If you would like to place a rush on your order, this can be done for a rush fee of £50. If a rush fee is ordered, you will receive your stationery within 7 business days from the date of Proof Approval. No printed proof is available for rush orders.

Colours & Photos

Some colours may shift slightly more than others (particularly light oranges and pastels). Please take note: in most cases, the darker the colour, the more rich the printing. Photographs and designs print more clearly and permanently on smooth card as opposed to textured card; Joosi Design is not responsible for ink rubbing/lifting on textured card. There is a chance you may see slight cracking along the folded edges of your invitations, especially on textured card. Joosi Design will do everything possible to prevent cracking, but excessive opening and closing and normal wear-and-tear may result in cracking. Envelopes may not be an EXACT match to the envelopes on the Joosi Design website or in the Envelope Colour Swatch received with your samples. They will be extremely close, but may be slightly different as they will have been printed during a separate print run.

Samples

We strongly suggest you order one or more samples before placing your order. Though we are confident that you will be ecstatic with your Joosi Design order, we will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds or reprints, in whole or in part, if the stationery is not what you expected.
