Ordering Your Stationery

Please note: Depending on the stationery elements you wish to order, your Online Order Form could take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour to complete. This form CANNOT be saved during the order process, so please make sure you can complete the entire form before beginning.

What happens next?

Once we receive your Order Form and deposit (£50), we'll email you within 3 business days with a summary of your order as well as an invoice detailing your order total. Check over your order summary and invoice, make sure everything is correct, and follow the instructions on how to pay the remaining amount. Once we receive payment in full, we'll get designing! We'll email you full-colour email proofs of your stationery within one week, and if you choose to receive a tangible printed proof (this option is available on the order form, cost of £5), we'll send this out within 2 weeks. If you love your proofs, sign and date the included Proof Approval Form, get it back to us via fax, email or post, and we'll send your order to print. (If you notice anything that needs changing on your proofs, there will be instructions how to go about this on your Proof Approval Form). Please keep in mind that printing and finishing may take 3-6 weeks.
