Custom Designs

We love a creative challenge. If you have ideas, but don't know how to get them on paper, we're here to help! We'd love to talk to you about creating a completely custom stationery set for your event.
Here's how the custom design process works:

1. Fill out our Custom Design Questionnaire (button below) where you answer questions about your desires and wishes for your dream stationery, and give us any examples of designs that have inspired you (artwork, other stationery, wallpaper, upholstery, etc!)

2. After we receive the questionnaire, we’ll give you some design ideas based on your wishes, and a quote based on your requests and how many of each stationery piece you’d like. The price for custom designs start at an average of £4.29 each and go up from there depending on the complexity of your design wishes and the quantity you wish to order. We will also send you an invoice for the custom design deposit (£100 non-refundable).

3. We get designing! It usually takes 2-3 weeks for custom designs. When we’re finished, we’ll email you full-colour proofs, along with a Proof Questionnaire, where you can let us know if you love it, or what you’d like to see changed.

4. Once we receive your Proof Questionnaire, we’ll make the changes you requested, and email you a second set of proofs. If everything looks good, we’ll get your approval and final payment. If you still see something that’s not quite right, we won’t stop designing until you’re absolutely thrilled with your finished stationery. If you think proof #2 needs a bit more tweaking, just fill out another Proof Questionnaire and give us the details on more changes.

5. Printing will take 3-5 weeks, so depending on your proofing stages, it will take from 5-9 weeks to complete your custom order.
